Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales. If something in your answers is unclear we’ll email you one short question, and the clock pauses until you reply.

Is there a call?
No. Everything happens in writing: you fill in an online questionnaire and we email your report. If something is unclear we email you one short question.
How many tasks can I include?
Up to 10. For each one you give a short description, how often it happens and roughly how long it takes. Each task gets its own recommendation, alternative, cost, estimated time saved and a step-by-step setup guide with ready-to-use prompts. Three to six well-described tasks usually give the most useful report.
How long does it take?
Within 3 working days of receiving your completed questionnaire (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales). The questionnaire itself takes about 15 minutes.
Who writes the report? Do you use AI?
We may use AI tools to help with research and drafting, but every report is checked, edited and approved by a person before it’s sent. Prices and features are checked against each provider’s own website.
Will you set the tools up for me?
No, we don’t log in to your systems. Instead, each recommended app comes with a personalised step-by-step setup guide: which plan to pick for your size and budget, the privacy settings to change, how to connect it to the tools you already use, and a ready-to-use prompt or template for your task. The steps follow each provider’s official help pages, checked when we write your report, and link to them in case a menu has changed.
Will you tell me to buy lots of software?
No. We start with free plans and tools you already pay for (such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) wherever they’re good enough. Every report includes a “what to skip” section.
Are the costs and time savings exact?
No. Costs are as listed on each provider’s website when we checked, or “see current pricing” where they vary. Prices change and VAT may be added. Time saved is our estimate based on your answers, not a guarantee.
What should I not put in the questionnaire?
Please don’t include your customers’ personal details, passwords, or health or other sensitive information. Describe the task, not the data. See our privacy notice.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. The report is general guidance about software tools. We flag GDPR and data points to consider, but for legal, tax or financial decisions please speak to a qualified adviser.
Can I cancel?
If you’re buying as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of paying. Cancel before you send the questionnaire and you get a full refund. If you cancel after sending it but before the report arrives, you pay only for the work done so far. Once the report has been delivered, it can’t be cancelled or refunded, unless something is wrong with it. The 14-day right doesn’t apply to purchases made for a business. See the terms of sale.
Do you offer this to businesses outside the UK?
The report is written for the UK (prices, VAT and UK GDPR), so it’s most useful to UK-based businesses.
